Engineered for adjustable speed ball platform height it comes complete with D-ring on the bottom to tie the floor-to-ceiling ball and three weight bars for adding additional stabilization and also give you the opportunity to bolt the entire stand to the floor for great stability. Gloves are designed for speed-style training and target control. They feature a full wrist wrap strap for a secure fit and an open thumb design for proper fist positioning. These gloves offer a dual-layer foam combination for a balance of lightweight and protection and are suitable for use on heavy bags and mitt work. However, they are not recommended for sparring.
