The Total Resistance System (TRS) is highly versatile and convenient. It comes with different levels of resistance tubes and a set of Power Handles and ankle straps, which allows you to alternate between upper and lower body exercises. With our indoor and outdoor anchors, you can train anywhere at anytime. 5 different levels of resistance tube are ideal for training the whole body by improving muscular strength and endurance whilst promoting muscle growth.
All resistance tubes come with the build-in Safety inner cord makes it a safe choice for resistance training.
The TRS comes with the ability to increase or decrease the resistance when you train, by adding or removing an additional tube(s).

SUPERBAND COMBO PACK
Perform pull-ups/chin-ups and dips for the first time or achieve more reps with the PTP SuperBand. Regardless of your fitness level, the SuperBand will help lift your own body weight and improve upper body strength. The SuperBands are also suitable for standard stretching pre and post-workout, or for agility training exercises by running against the resistance.
Lighter levels of assistance (Ultra light & light): For individuals that can already do pull-ups/ chin-ups and dips but wish to perform more reps. They offer the lowest levels of resistance for strength, functional fitness, and agility training.
